Spacious ensuite rooms with comfy beds. Private parking at the rear is convenient. Impressive location for exploring nearby attractions like the Falkirk Wheel and Stirling Castle.
No lounge or common area to relax or socialize. Some bathrooms could get chilly, lacking adequate heating, and general cleanliness could be improved. Traffic noise from the front could be bothersome during the day.

Sandy and Cathy were incredible hosts who made us feel like family, even celebrating our daughter's engagement with us! We loved unwinding in the beautiful garden and enjoying endless cups of tea on the patio. The only downside? I didn't want to leave 😅, so be sure to stay longer than you planned!

The bed in my twin room was incredibly comfortable, making it a joy to unwind after a day of exploring. The breakfasts offered authentic dishes that were both delicious and filling. the absence of a common lounge area limited social interactions with other guests, and my bathroom felt quite cold without heating. the location was convenient for local attractions, but the chilly bathroom made it less enjoyable.
